Coady & Lewis Associates, Inc. was founded in Clear Lake, Texas in 1994 by Karen Coady. While building the agency, Karen relied on one adage in particular..."If we can't help you, we're not going to hurt you" and our agency still lives by that belief today.
We specialize in Auto, Home, Business and Life insurance. We are proud to serve Houston, League City, Pearland, Clear Lake and many other communities throughout Texas.
Our agency operates on a consultative selling model, meaning we educate our customers on policy types, coverage options and often overlooked endorsements, hence empowering them to make an informed decision. Price is not a driving factor as that can lead to coverage gaps. We know that realizing a deficiency in coverage at the time of a claim is too late...
Founder & CEO
Karen founded the agency in 1994 after working for 15 years in the logistics industry. She obtained her B.S. in Finance from UHCL and has resided in the Clear Lake area for the past 20 years. As an avid boater, Karen was a past commander of the Galveston Bay Power Squadron. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and her dogs Max & Buttercup.

Jeffrey grew up in the League City area and attended Clear Creek High School. He joined Karen in 1997 upon graduation from Rice University with a B.A. in English Literature. Jeffrey enjoys the outdoors and has completed five Ironman Triathlons. He has two young children with his wife Sarah and they reside in the League City area.

Shaun grew up in the Bay Area and joined the agency in 2000 after working in retail management for 6 years. Shaun and his wife reside in the Bay Area and enjoy spending time outdoors on the water or in the wilderness. His daughter is their pride and joy who is currently serving in the US Navy.
